karate kids: taekwondo for Ages 7-13

Build focus, confidence, and discipline in a fun, motivating environment for kids and pre-teens.

Our Karate Kids program is designed to help children channel their energy in positive and productive ways. Through Taekwondo training, students learn to focus, listen, and persevere — skills that translate directly to success at home, in school, and in life.

Each class blends physical activity with life lessons. We emphasize teamwork, leadership, and respect while encouraging kids to set goals and celebrate every achievement.

Our instructors understand that every child learns differently. That’s why our classes combine structure with encouragement, helping each student grow at their own pace while feeling proud of their progress.

The Benefits for Parents and Families

  • Brandon's classes have been great for my 13 year old son who loves martial arts, gets a great workout, learns patterns and is determined to achieve his black belt. Brandon creates a fun community for the kids to learn skills, communicate, make new friends and have fun!

  • We loved Spartan martial arts! Mr. Rodrigues was always patient, kind, thorough and enthusiastic in working with our young Spartans. He taught our son discipline and self-awareness. If you haven’t already, you should try Spartan martial arts for your kiddos.
